"Mostly Accurate, But I Should’ve Double-Checked"
The product info was mostly right and I did get what I ordered, but one detail about the coil didn’t seem quite accurate. that’s partly on me for not looking into it more carefully before buying. Overall it worked out, but I’d definitely recommend double-checking the details first

I was disappointed. The vapor felt weak and thin, and the hits just didn’t seem right to me. Maybe I was expecting too much or doing something wrong, but it just wasn’t a great experience.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
This was frustrating. I placed my order because the site clearly showed the item was in stock, then later I got a message saying it wasn’t actually available. It kind of felt like a bait and switch, even if that wasn’t the intention. If something isn’t really in stock, they shouldn’t let people buy it. Total waste of time, and now I have to go find it somewhere else. I won’t be using ugovape again.

"Worked fine, but the packaging felt off"
The vape itself looked authentic and it worked fine, so no complaints there. But the packaging felt a little weird/off to me, which made me second-guess it. I ended up spending extra time checking everything over, which was kind of annoying since I just wanted to use it without the hassle.

I bought a vape from ugovape and felt kind of pressured to just deal with it, but it started acting up after only two days. I charged it, cleaned it, tried everything I could think of, and it still kept blinking randomly with no hit. Support took a while to get back to me too, which made it even more frustrating. Definitely not worth the hassle

"Works okay, but my recent visit felt a bit clunky"
I was just on ugovape recently, and it worked fine for browsing, but the experience wasn’t super smooth. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu felt a little all over the place. I did end up finding what I needed, so it got the job done, but based on that last visit, I wouldn’t call it the easiest site to use...

"Local pickup was more hassle than I expected"
I picked local pickup thinking it would be the quicker, easier option, but it ended up being more of a hassle than just having it shipped. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I spent too much time trying to figure out where to go and when to pick it up. I expected it to be convenient, but it really wasn’t. From what I remember, trying to get my payment to go through was a frustrating experience. It kept failing no matter what I tried, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help. I just remember feeling like I was going in circles.

"Kind of a Hit or Miss Experience"
My experience with ugovape was frustrating. The tracking on my order just sat there for days with no real updates, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t get a clear answer about what was going on. I still have no idea where my package is. Maybe they’re hit or miss, but this one was definitely a miss for me, and I probably won’t order from them again...

"Decent deals, if you can figure them out"
They do have some good discounts every now and then, which is nice. That said, a few of the promos were kind of confusing, because apparently making offers clear is too much to ask. The prices are okay overall, but it would be great if the deals were easier to understand without having to investigate them.

Am I missing something here? My order took way too long just to process, and the whole experience felt unnecessarily slow. I was expecting it to move along a lot faster, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

The box arrived all smashed up, like it had been tossed around without any care. The packaging was really poor, and it felt like no one handled it properly during shipping. Disappointing.

I ordered from ugovape.com and the package did eventually show up, so that’s good. It was just a few days later than expected, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly, which was totally fine, I guess, if you enjoy wondering where your order is. The items were in good shape when they arrived, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish the delivery side was a bit more reliable

I tried uploading my ID twice and it still wouldn’t go through. Support took forever to respond, which was ridiculous, so I ended up just giving up.
